John K. Romano
John K. Romano is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in capital formation, strategic business planning, and entrepreneurial finance. He is the President of Virtual Capital Group, where he provides coaching and guidance to start-ups and enterprises. Mr. Romano has also contributed notable research to the nation's colleges and universities, specifically on the subject of entrepreneurial finance and capital-market policy reform. Along with his professional endeavors, he is also the Executive Director of Disaster Central, a 501 (C) (3) organization. Mr. Romano's expertise has led him to lead workshops at prestigious events such as the Social Enterprise Summit (SEA) and the annual United States Association for Small Business Entrepreneurship (USASBE) conference. Additionally, he was an adjunct professor at Miami-Dade College, where he taught entrepreneurial finance.
