Michelle Cox is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of experience in various National and Global Executive roles across different industry sectors. She has a wealth of in-depth experience in change management, culture creation, brand, product, and all facets of marketing, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial ability in all of her career appointments to date. Michelle holds a Company Directors Course and a Company Directors Update from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Victoria University.

Michelle is also passionate about living an unconventional life and helping others live a life that's right for them. She recently launched a book series and podcast show in the same name, The Wabi Sabi Series, that centers on impacting topics we don't often talk about. In the past, Michelle held various executive leadership roles at APT Travel Group, where she was responsible for GM Marketing, GM Business & Strategic Development, and GM Connections (formally Youth & Adventure Division). She also served as Managing Director & Company Shareholder at Southern Lodges Australia before becoming the Global Chief Operating Officer at Bastion Collective. After which, Michelle went on to become the Executive Director of Mergers and Acquistions and a Company Director of Bastion Effect and Bastion EBA. She also served as a Board Member and Company Director at Bastion Collective. Michelle was most recently a Non Executive Director at Experience Co and is currently a Board Director at Tourism Tasmania.
