NextWaveSTEM believes the world needs young innovators, so it offers K-12 hands-on curriculum, teacher professional development, STEM kits and ongoing educator support to give students confidence as they express their creativity and learn how to fail without fear. We integrate STEM into traditional K-12 classrooms and offer in-school and after-school programs. Courses include Coding with Drones, 3D Printing, Robotics, AI Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Hydroponics, Cyber Security, IoT, FAA Part 107 prep course and more.

Founder & CEO

Chicago Public Schools is the third largest school district in the United States, serving over 409,000 students and employs more than 40,000 people. Below are some of my major contributions to the district:

- Managed Inventory Analysis project resulting in over 250K in savings district wide and smooth redistribution of the valuable IT Assets
- Business Analyst for the School Bus GPS project resulting in a savings of over 30 million in the first year for the school district.
- Forecasted inventory of the CTA Ventra cards and Barcode Scanners sent to the CPS schools and students to support with new district roll out. 
- Collaborated on the Central office move of over 5000 employees to the new location
- Performed needs analysis and tool evaluation of the district wide service manager tool that supported over 440,000 end users
- Quality analysis and end user testing for various in house built applications
- Drafted and collaborated with the team to roll out PMO goals and objectives for FY 15
- Cross team information gathering for the ITS unified web presence
- Restructured and negotiated contracts resulting in projected savings of 55 million over the 5 year period

Technology Analyst & Procurement Buyer

- Worked on Project Cheetah: Examined Online and In-store sales in order to forecast inventory for the 19 new online distribution stores
- Analyzed sales and stock levels to ensure that recommendation made by replenishment system reflect the sales trend, presentation standards and turnover goals
- Created an effective replenishment method for the footwear department

- Increased revenue by 40 percent in the first year by implementing new marketing strategies, employee training, and by improving the store layout
- Managed staff to increase sales and ensure smooth operations and efficiency
