Meet Joshua Henderson, an entrepreneur, investor, and advocate for women-led healthcare and life science companies. With over 12 years of experience at venture catalyst Springboard Enterprises, Joshua built a global network of entrepreneurs, investors, and biopharma executives to support underserved patient populations and underrepresented founders. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of StageNext Fund, which invests in seasoned women entrepreneurs, an active angel investor, and founder of Rare Bioventures, where he supports biotech, techbio, and virtual care platforms focusing on underserved diseases. Joshua is also the Head of Rare Diseases at Pulse Infoframe, partnering with patient advocacy groups and biopharma companies to accelerate the development of new treatments to rare diseases. He is a co-founder of the NW Rare Disease Coalition, dedicated to accelerating rare disease research through collaboration. Joshua's roots in innovation started at Georgetown University, where he founded and chaired the Business Plan Competition, and helped spark an entrepreneurial movement across the University.
