Tucker is Managing Director of the Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG) of Bank of the Ozarks, which provides commercial real estate lending facilities primarily for land and land development, construction, repositioning, and bridge loans. The RESG group focuses on loans in the $20mill - $300mill range. 

Tucker moved back to Dallas in November 2016 to lead the production efforts for several of the RESG offices. Prior to his return to Dallas, Tucker expanded the RESG platform to the West Coast by staffing the Los Angeles office in 2014/2015 and San Francisco in early 2016, which offices will jointly cover lending opportunities in Washington, Oregon, and California. 

Prior to the West Coast expansion, Tucker opened the Austin Loan Production Office (“Austin LPO”) in late 2011. 

Tucker started his tenure at RESG in Dallas in July 2007, where he worked directly with Dan Thomas, Vice-Chairman, Chief Lending Officer and President of RESG, on building the originations platform for the Bank.
