Jaret Glenn

Jaret Glenn is an accomplished Director of Talent Acquisition with experience in multiple industries including defense, telecommunications, and disaster contracts. He has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where he maintained a 3.9 GPA, and a 3.97 GPA MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University.

Glenn began his professional career in behavioral psychology, which gave a solid foundation in the science of human behavior and performance, skills he has utilized in his roles in talent acquisition and management. Glenn's management and recruiting efforts add value to his organization, and he has authored and co-authored several successful proposals totaling over $3 million in new revenue.

At Salient CRGT, a defense contractor specializing in IT, cyber security, and agile software development, Glenn held multiple roles, including Manager of the Talent Operations Center, Talent Operations Specialist, and Corporate Recruiter. In these positions, Glenn was able to recruit top talent across a variety of industries, including healthcare, IT, sales, and DoD.

Before his time at Salient, Glenn acted as a licensed Realtor at Bay to Gulf Holdings, LLC, and as a Realtor and Recruiting Manager at Century 21 Capital Realty Group. In these roles, he was successful in managing and coaching a team of real estate agents while also bringing in new business.

Currently, as Director of Talent Acquisition for Deployed Resources, Glenn is dedicated to safely and efficiently providing transparent facility support and logistic services, anytime and anywhere. His background in management and recruitment, combined with his experience in diverse industries, makes him an invaluable asset to the company.
