Oscar Diele

Oscar Diele is a seasoned e-commerce professional with a rich background in driving digital strategies and managing teams for companies like Wehkamp, eBay/Marktplaats, and TomTom.

Since 2015, he has been instrumental in the growth of Flinders, the premium home & living market leader in the Netherlands and Belgium, ultimately selling the company to Nine United in 2021.

Oscar's expertise spans across acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies in the digital space, earning him recognition as the Dutch 'Marketeer of the Year' by Tijdschrift voor Marketing and NIMA.

His educational background includes studies at Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim, the University of Hertfordshire for an MBA, Thorbecke Scholengemeenschap, RuG with an executive program, and post-doc at Comenius Leergangen.

With a diverse organizational history, Oscar has held leadership positions such as CEO at Flinders Design, mentor and advisor at nlgroeit, chief digital officer at TNT, VP of E-commerce & digital marketing at TomTom, CMO and board member at Marktplaats and Spil Games, director marketing & e-commerce at wehkamp, among others.
