Reporting to the CEO, I'm in charge of everything tech & engineering related at <a href="http://Bus.com">Bus.com</a>. This includes planning, oversighting execution, defining and improving the engineering culture and practice, hiring, setting goals, targets and KPIs, security & compliance, handling the relationships and contract with technological and SaaS providers, etc. Defining the tech/data processes, clarifying the vision and building a safe, inclusive yet efficient and robust engineering culture are part of my duties and probably the tasks that gives me the most energy, weeks over weeks.

I'm currently responsible for and managing all the engineering and software development teams at Bus, the data analytics team, data scientists ressources/projects as well as all the IT infrastructure.
