Peggy Huygen
Peggy Huygen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management and leading contact centers. She studied Boekhouden-Informatica at Sint-Anna college and A1 Informatics at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool. Peggy has worked in various positions at HP Enterprise Services, including System Administrator, System Engineer, Team Leader Messaging & Collaborative Services, and Manager of GWE Messaging & Collaboration Services. She also served as Manager E-Service and Diensthoofd Dienst Telemut at De VoorZorg-Socialistische Mutualiteit van de provincie Antwerpen. In these roles, Peggy honed her skills in team management, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Her expertise in people management and leadership have enabled her to build and manage high-performance teams, effectively handle crisis situations, and exceed customer expectations. Peggy's hands-on experience with different software and systems make her competent in delivering IT support while ensuring high-quality service to her clients. She has excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English, which enable her to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and managers.
