Keith Thode

Keith Thode is a notable social sector innovator with a wealth of experience creating and leading high-leverage enterprises. He has a Master of Science degree, Suma Cum Laude 4.0, in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain & Related Technologies from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Organization Development from Vanderbilt University. His vast experience spans across different organizations, where he has served in various leadership roles.

Currently, Keith serves as the CEO & Chief Scientist at WorkReady Mobile, an organization that champions the democratization of job recruitment to enhance access to employment opportunities. Before that, he served as the CEO & Chief Scientist at AdvanceNet Technology Services and AdvanceNet Labs. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer/CTO at Aidmatrix, Director - Consulting, Western USA at Infor (Baan Company), and Director - Consulting, Western USA at Infor (Baan Company).

Keith has also been the Consulting Director then CFO of i2 Foundation at i2 Technologies and a Senior Consultant at Accenture. Through his extensive experience, he has developed exceptional skills in business management, organization development, supply chain management, and technology innovation.
