Irina Dushina

Irina Dushina is a highly educated professional with a strong background in economics and law. She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Subsequently, she continued her academic journey by studying for a PhD in law at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. Irina has gained valuable experience working with prestigious organizations throughout her career. She currently holds a position in legal and corporate affairs at NCC within Enel. Prior to this role, she served as part of the legal and corporate affairs team at Enel. Additionally, Irina has held notable positions such as Head of Corporate Governance Department and Corporate Secretary at LLC Rusenergosbyt. Her expertise and knowledge have also been shared as a lecturer at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Head of the international and intergovernmental agreements division within the Legal Department at the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
