Gmeleen Tomboc is a highly educated and experienced legal professional with an impressive background in prestigious universities and law firms. With a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Law from the University of the Philippines, Tomboc has honed her skills in business economics, making her an asset in both the legal and financial fields.

Furthermore, she was Asia counsel at The AES Corporation's Asia Strategic Business Unit, where she engaged in corporate legal affairs.
