Leading approximately 50 resources all around the world.
• Leading an outsourcing project for Nokia Networks Contact Centers globally from RFP process, vendor selection, to overall project execution

Global Program Manager - CRM

• Planned and managed Nokia Network’s Business Transformation Programs’ cutover and post go-live support activities for 4 different sub programs including SAP R/3 (logistics and F&C), i2 (sales configurator), eMatrix for (Product Data Management), and Delivery Process (sales organization changes). In total all sub programs included 1500 new end users for different systems and 50 sales organizations, which where impacted by the process, product, and systems changes.
• Responsible of establishing and leading an application migration organization, which included data conversion, interface design and build, data clean up and process deployment teams consisting 40 employees of which 20 were external consultants in Nokia Network’s SAP R/3 Program.
• Managing up to 20 projects daily, while supervising and coaching 9 employees and 14 external consultants, required strong managerial and organizational capabilities.

• Planned and managed global ERP projects worth of $1 million in South Africa, Malaysia, and Finland.
• Promoted to Project Manager within 1½ years of hire for successfully meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
