Beverly Luster is an accomplished and experienced educator with a diverse educational background. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Hampton University, a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Seattle University, and another Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Delta State University. She also graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Delta State University and another Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from VanderCook College of Music.

Luster has a broad range of experience working for various organizations. She worked as a Regional Coordinator at State of Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, was the former Chief Executive Officer at Shannon's Educational Consulting Services, served as a Facilitator / Ambassador at National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, as well as an Educator / Assistant Principal at Seattle Public Schools. Additionally, Luster worked as a Portfolio and Assessment Assessor at National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, and as a Teacher at Seattle School District, Shaw School District, and Kenosha Unified School District. She also has experience as a music therapist at SPEED Learning Center.

Throughout her career, Beverly Luster has proven herself to be an exceptional educator, with deep knowledge of educational leadership and management, counseling, elementary education and teaching, and music education. Her vast experience in diverse teaching positions together with her leadership skills are evidence of her proficiency in education.
