Donovan Hicks
Donovan Hicks, a native of South Carolina, has an impressive background in legal research and policy analysis. He started his career as a legal intern at the ACLU's Racial Justice Project and went on to work as a research associate for the Poverty to Prosperity Program at the Center for American Progress. Hicks's research interests include racial equity, public benefits, workforce participation, and access to justice.
