Nichole Framularo is a senior financial executive with a wealth of experience in investment banking, particularly in strategy, business transformation and development, regulatory and change program management, compliance, documentation negotiation, and OTC derivative operations. She also has extensive experience in collateral management, relationship and event management, and service provider negotiations. With a strong skill set that is oriented towards solutions, Nichole has the ability to leverage both her JD and MBA backgrounds to effectively manage global markets operations, regulatory environments, and compliance. Throughout her career, Nichole has held senior positions with various organizations, including Marketaxess, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and ISDA. In her most recent roles, she served as the Global Head of Strategic Initiatives and Global Head of Strategic Solutions at BNY Mellon. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Business from Fairfield University, as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Business Law and a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
