Hayley Barna is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and business leader. She is currently a Partner at First Round Capital where she leads investments in consumer and B2B companies. With a strong background in strategy and product management, Hayley co-founded Birchbox, one of the leading beauty and grooming retailers, which received seed funding from First Round in 2010. As Co-CEO, she developed the company to surpass over a million monthly subscribers, raised over $70M in venture capital, expanded internationally, and launched innovative new businesses and channels. Hayley attended Harvard Business School for her MBA and began her career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. She also worked at Amazon in Seattle and Christie's in Hong Kong.
