Summary

Richard Hanrahan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering transformational programs. He is currently leading the team at Agilisys Guernsey to support the States of Guernsey's SMART Guernsey program, which aims to deliver 21st Century IT, reform public services, and support economic growth. 
Richard's successful projects include outsourcing multi-channel services, digital solutions engagement, contact center and fulfillment center migration, data hosting and business intelligence deployment, departmental turnaround, and customer attraction programs' end-to-end transformation. He has worked with various prestigious clients, such as Kent County Council, Citizens Advice, United Airlines, John Lewis Direct, FT.com, Cendant & Travelsphere, among others.
Before he started leading the team at Agilisys Guernsey, Richard was the Director of Customer Service and Director of Business Development at Agilisys, Director of Business Development at The Listening Company, Business Unit Director - Financial Services / Travel & Leisure at Dataforce, Co-Founder at The Visual Perspective Ltd, and Founder of oneSTEP consulting. 
Richard's experience has taken him all over Europe and Southeast Asia, providing him with an international perspective and a wealth of experience.
