Jed has worked in various education institutions, including Colby College, where he served as the Senior Associate Dean of Students and Director of Campus Life. His role involved overseeing various student programs, recruiting and training staff members, developing risk-management protocols, and crisis management. Prior to that, he worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he held the position of Assistant Dean for Student Development, overseeing student life and counseling.
