Susi Collins
Susi Collins is a Senior Director of Equality Strategy at Salesforce, a cloud-based software global company. She has previously held diverse and inclusive roles at various organizations. Collins is a Peruvian native who currently lives in Los Angeles with her multicultural family.
Collins received a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management and a Business Administration degree from San Francisco State University. She also has an associate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from SUNY Adirondack.
Before joining Salesforce, Collins served as Head of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Global & Strategic Accounts at Amazon Web Services (AWS). She also held positions as Senior Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging at Nordstrom and Associate Officer of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Collins' work is grounded in centering the experiences of historically underrepresented communities to achieve equity.
Collins is an active participant in fellowship programs that promote equity and inclusivity. She completed fellowships with Aspen Institute Latino Society Program, Hispanics in Philanthropy, and Salzburg Global Seminar. She also serves on the board of directors at USF's Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Advisory Board and is a founding member and co-chair of the Seattle-based DEI Community of Practice.
Collins' extensive background includes employment at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as an Event Specialist and Global Outreach Manager of Cultures of Resistance Network (Office of George Gund III, LLC).
