Krijn Kleemans

Krijn Kleemans is a professional in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry with a focus on funding and co-investing in Dutch CRE. He is known for his open, direct, and honest approach, along with being out-of-the-box and highly knowledgeable. Krijn has an extensive network in the CRE sector, including entrepreneurs, lenders, investors, and advisors. He brings broad expertise in loan origination, relationship management, loan and risk management, particularly within the Netherlands.

His interests lie in CRE risk/return assessments, counter-cyclic CRE exposures, debt & equity funding structures, and aligning data and processes within the (debt & equity) Funding Chain for Commercial Real Estate. Krijn is passionate about connecting stakeholders across the CRE industry and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Academically, Krijn holds a law degree with a Real Estate focus and a finance master's degree specializing in financial markets, regulation, and light quantitative skills. In 2017, he established Will B. Frank, a debt & investment brokerage firm, and is concurrently working on an online funding brokerage platform, The Direct Funding Chain.
