Green's career began at Allianz Trade, where he started as a Graduate Trainee and worked his way up to become a Senior Credit Analyst and Risk Underwriter. He subsequently joined Worldpay, initially serving as a Credit Manager before being promoted to Credit Risk Manager, focusing on SMEs. During his tenure, Green developed expertise in credit analysis and risk management methodologies.

Seeking new challenges, Green then joined Growth Street as a Credit Risk Manager. In this role, he was responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of customers and managing the risk associated with lending. His contributions were instrumental in the company's successful operations. Green later transitioned to become the Head of Risk, expanding his responsibilities and overseeing the overall risk management function.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and supporting business growth, Green co-founded Ravens Wood Capital, a venture focused on providing growth, funding, and support to businesses.
