Brian Murray is a highly accomplished and experienced Managing Director at Craft Ventures, located in the Silicon Valley. With over 15 years of expertise, Brian has served in various top leadership positions in global organizations such as Zenefits, ServiceMax Zinc and Yammer, Inc. His core skills include Business Operations, Sales and Customer Success, Product Management and Consulting.

At Zenefits, Brian was Vice President of Business Operations, where he led a team of product managers, engineers and designers responsible for creating innovative HR software solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. Murray has also served as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Zinc by ServiceMax, leading over 70 employees, 25,000 paying customers and 60,000 users. Before this, he was a Director of Product Management at Yammer, an internal communications platform acquired by Microsoft.
