Clément Chalochet is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, with a passion for international experiences, new challenges, and inspiring people. With five years of experience working in Switzerland, Australia, and Colombia, Clément has gained expertise in various fields, including oenology, business development, sales, and hotel and restaurant management.

Clément is a graduate of Lycée viticole de Beaune, where he studied viticulture and œnologie as a BTS Technico-commercial vin et spiritueux. He has also earned a diploma in bac professionnel restauration, Gestion des restaurants/des services alimentaires from École Hôtelière Savoie Léman.

Currently working as an Executive Sales Manager at Javelo, Clément is dedicated to digitalizing HR rituals to streamline and centralize campaigns, formalize objectives, and improve feedback utilization. Javelo's solution aims to free HR professionals from administrative tasks and give them more time to focus on higher-value activities, such as data analysis and action plan construction.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Clément is also known for his most extraordinary accomplishment of creating a wine school in Medellin, Colombia. He is a person who loves new discoveries, challenges, and inspirational encounters that drive him to new heights.
