Jennifer Lazo, MS, CEM, is a passionate and dedicated emergency manager with a focus on inclusive disaster planning and preparedness.

Her specialties include Access and Functional Needs Disaster Planning, Community Preparedness, Disaster Training and Exercises, Inter-Agency Coordination, Social Media in Emergency Management (#SMEM), and Qualitative Research.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Disaster Science and Management from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California.
