Previously, she has held various roles at M+R, ONE Campaign, and Oxfam America, where she was responsible for digital campaigns, government relations, and policy advocacy.

Peña's professional experience is complemented by her extensive internship work, which includes stints at world-renowned organizations such as the World Food Program USA and the National Hispanic Medical Association, as well as local government offices such as the Massachusetts Office of State and Federal Affairs and the Office of State Senator Jamie Eldridge.
