Nadir Pearson

Nadir Pearson is a well-known pioneer in the cannabis industry, with a strong focus on brand strategy and business development. He has strong ties to the Black and Brown communities of the industry, and attributes his success to his mission of making cannabis equitable for all.

Nadir has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles across the industry, having worked for companies such as High Times and Herb.co. He has been involved in both digital marketing and production, and has even worked as a sports PA announcer for Brown University.

A sophomore at Brown University, Nadir has also founded and led several organizations, including SMART (Student Marijuana Alliance for Research & Transparency), a national college cannabis organization, and Hybrid - Cannabis Ecommerce, where he serves as Co-founder & Chief Innovation Officer.

Apart from his work in the industry, Nadir is also a Forbes Under 30 Scholar and has served as a campus ambassador for Jopwell.

Nadir is perhaps best known for his empowering approach to leadership, and his focus on empowering the next generation of leaders.
