Rich Adduci is a seasoned business-focused executive and board member specializing in digital transformation, with extensive experience in IT, cybersecurity, outsourcing, and offshoring. He started his career as a Partner at Accenture and spent 12 years as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Boston Scientific where he led three successful digital transformations. He is recognized as an innovative thought leader in the use of digital technology to create competitive advantages for businesses. Rich is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Economics from the University of Chicago. His breadth of experience includes industries such as high-tech, software, energy, manufacturing and life sciences. Rich is also an advisor/board member for companies such as GREYLOCK, SEQUOIA, LIGHTSPEED PARTNERS, GLOBESPAN PARTNERS, BITSIGHT, AND BOX.
