Grant Goodman

Grant Goodman is an accomplished change management professional with over 15 years of experience. He has a strong background in driving programs and initiatives that improve the customer experience across large organizations. Grant has worked in various roles across multiple industries, acquiring expertise in strategic development, operations management, and team leadership. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business with a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Management and Finance.

Grant is currently a Strategy and Programs Lead for Core Experiences at Google, where he leads a cross-functional team driving standards across the organization. Prior to his current position, Grant served as a Senior Product Operations Manager, Product Operations Manager, and Customer Experience Manager at Google. He co-founded Broken Bread Catering, where he worked as a Co-Founder, and served in Operations Management at McMaster-Carr, and as a Financial Analyst at Learfield Communications.

Throughout his career, Grant has been recognized for his ability to lead cross-functional product launches, drive strategic rollouts, and improve operational efficiency. His experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to any organization looking to drive change and improve the customer experience.
