Mr. Wilcox was one of the pioneers in developing a web booking interface back in the early years of the internet. Mr. Wilcox's professional experience includes leading various teams and businesses, such as Holiday Packages, Cruise!, Contact Centres, eCommerce, Digital Process Lead - GDS Transformation Project, and RipeGlobal Dental Education at Flight Centre Travel Group. He has also worked as General Manager Operations at The AOT Group and Tourism Queensland and as a Manager at Sunlover Holidays.
