Quentin Finney, a former U.S. Marine officer, is a well-experienced business leader who has dedicated himself to empowering high-performance individuals and teams through emotionally intelligent leadership practices. He is the founder of Pause i/O, a certified B Corp that focuses on sustainable growth and personal transformation. Quentin has worked with a wide range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies like Google, Medtronic, and American Express, as well as international governments and universities. He is a teaching fellow with True North Leadership, a mentor for startups with Boomtown Accelerator, and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher. Quentin holds a B.A. in English from The Citadel and has advanced studies in Authentic Leadership and Inner MBA. He has held various consulting, sales, and leadership roles with Google, Red Hat, EMC, and other companies, where he was instrumental in mission alignment, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy.
