Barbara Looney
Barbara Looney is a highly educated individual with a deep academic background in English and Linguistics.
She achieved a PhD in English and Linguistics from the University of South Florida, an M.A. in English from Rutgers University, and a B.S. in Secondary Education majoring in English and French from Black Hills State University.
Barbara Looney has contributed her expertise as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business at Black Hills State University and previously held a similar role in the School of Arts and Humanities at the same institution.
