As the Head of Enterprise Platforms at Broadridge, I am responsible for advancing our platforms and empowering our businesses to create transformative solutions that exceed our global customers' expectations.

My passion for Broadridge's innovative digital solutions fuels my drive to enhance customer experiences and drive business value, enabling Broadridge to be the post possible fintech partner.

Head of Enterprise Platforms

- Brought new product categories to market based on client needs and trends, including the Alternative
Investments hub, Practice Insights, Crypto capabilities, and AI chatbots, through both internal
development and partnerships.
- Active participation in Strategic Partnerships and M&A with close collaboration with the head of
corporate development, etc.. Strategic investments ownership of key partner relationships
- Served as a key spokesperson for the brand, with numerous speaking engagements, op-eds, and
industry analyst relations, resulting in numerous awards.
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of Broadridge processes and products to show clients and internal
stakeholders the "art of the possible" and played a key role in critical sales deals.
- Champion of DE&I initiatives, serving as global co-chair of the Lead for Next associate network with
over 200 active associates.
- Member of the Wealth leadership team, supporting the Wealth strategic plan, operational plan,
execution, and innovation.

-Worked closely with clients to successfully launch and support new products, resulting in increased
revenue and customer satisfaction.
-Participated in key sales efforts, contributing to the company's overall success in acquiring new
business.
-Worked with development, product, and sales teams in pre-sales engineering, ensuring that projects
were well-planned and executed.
-Successfully participated in client conversions, minimizing disruption and downtime for clients during
the transition process.
-Used expertise to effectively manage critical client relationships, addressing issues and concerns in a
timely and satisfactory manner.
-Ideated, launched, scaled, and delivered a Broadridge client onboarding product with support
for e-signatures, workflow, and now with clients in Canada and in the US across multiple verticals.
This product has been highly successful in streamlining the onboarding process for clients, resulting
in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. Recognized in Canada by being
awarded the "Digital Innovator of the Year" by Wealth Professional.
