Cynthia Benjamin is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, and educator with a strong background in innovation, social impact, and healthcare. She is the CEO and co-founder of Together Senior Health, a startup that provides support to individuals with memory loss, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
Cynthia has an impressive educational background, having earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, an MS in mechanical engineering/product design, and a BS in product design engineering from Stanford University. In addition, she has studied at the Institute for Shipboard Education as part of Semester at Sea.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Thrive Foundation, IMS Health, and Strategic Decisions Group. As the Director of Design and Innovation at Thrive Foundation, she led the development of high-impact products and philanthropic initiatives. At IMS Health, Cynthia was the Innovation Lab Principal and Global Process Lead, where she worked on a significant new growth platform that connected multiple data sources across the healthcare industry. She has also worked as a lecturer at Stanford University, teaching courses such as "Designing for Impact" and "Forecasting for Innovators."
Cynthia's expertise lies in social impact and entrepreneurship, innovation and growth strategy, enterprise model development, life sciences and healthcare, youth development, and social sector innovation.
