With a background in designing development projects for global organizations like the UN and World Bank, Mia shifted her focus to collaborating with companies on corporate social responsibility strategies, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, human rights, and environmental sustainability in supply chains.

Currently serving as the ESG Engagement Lead at Rockefeller Capital Management, Mia leads engagements with companies to align business strategies for profitability and positive societal impact.

Her expertise spans ESG research, sustainability strategy design, stakeholder initiatives, and measuring social impact, with a focus on sectors like apparel, food, manufacturing, and finance.

Mia holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, an M.A. in International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Stanford University.
