Christine Hughes is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience as a business consultant. Her passion for life-long learning has driven her to empower executives and students to become excellent leaders through various skills taught at Duquesne University such as negotiations, organizational change, financial analysis, business communications, global thinking, and personal branding. With a strong background in coaching, Christine aims to motivate individuals to achieve their goals and enhance self-awareness for personal transformation.

In addition to her role as a Senior Program Manager for Career Advancement and Experiential Learning at Duquesne University, Christine has held positions such as Assistant Coordinator for First Year Innovation Experience Class, Senior Program Manager for Executive Education, and Training Manager & Business Consultant. Her expertise extends to assisting small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in developing strategic plans, marketing strategies, financial projections, and management skills through workshops and one-to-one consulting.
