She holds a Master's degree in Marketing Analytics and Marketing Research from the renowned Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, she has completed her Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at Fuzhou University.

Joy possesses a wide range of skills, including excellent abilities in market data analysis and marketing. She has worked with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Ahrefs, AwrCould, Microsoft Excel, and SAS programming. Her experience in digital marketing has led her to hold positions such as Digital Marketing Specialist/Amazon Account Sales Manager at Felicific, Digital Marketing Intern at Taktical, and Marketing Communications Intern at HP. Through these experiences, she has honed her communication and interpersonal skills and has become detail-oriented and a great team player.

Apart from her professional experience, Joy has also demonstrated her leadership skills as the founder of Math & English Camp, where she worked with children to help them excel in these subjects.
