Craig Carroll

Craig Carroll is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate affairs research, focusing on areas such as corporate reputation, strategy, social issues, CSR, and organizational change. He is renowned for his work in research and counsel on corporate reputation strategy, measurement, change management, accounting, risk management, and talent development. Craig has been a key figure as the Convener of the Senior Corporate Affairs Summit and was honored as the Former PR Week Educator of the Year.

Craig Carroll earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Corporate Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin.

Throughout his career, Craig has been associated with various prestigious organizations in different capacities. He served as an Adjunct Professor at SSML Carlo Bo, IULM University, and the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences. Additionally, he worked as a Guest Professor at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences, and as a Lecturer in Management at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Craig has also been an External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and a Founder at The OCR Network. He also held roles such as Adjunct Associate Professor at IE Business School, Principal at The Conference Board, and Adjunct Professor at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Furthermore, he shared his expertise as an External Lecturer at Singapore Management University, Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Division at the College of Communication & Journalism at the University of Florida, and Visiting Scholar and Adjunct Professor at New York University.
