Katy Waddell is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with experience in customer acquisition, growth, and partnership development. She attended Bellingham High School before earning her Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies with an emphasis on Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. Katy also completed the International Honors Program, focusing on Health, Culture, and Community at the School for International Training.

Katy's professional experience includes serving as the Head of Customer Acquisition and Growth Lead at tiney and Superhuman Labs, respectively. She has also worked as an Account Executive at Bloc, Inc. and as a Partnership Development professional at Thanx. As a Research and Organizational Development Intern at Ibis Reproductive Health, she gained valuable experience in conducting research and analyzing data. Katy also served as a Leadership Council member at Peer Health Exchange, an Office Assistant at the Center for Academic Excellence at Occidental College, and as a Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Greater Seattle.

Currently, Katy serves as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise at Braze, where she applies her extensive experience in customer acquisition, growth, and partnership development to help companies achieve success.
