Ondřej Kačírek is a seasoned business professional with over seven years of experience in the industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Czech Sales Academy and has completed Professional Development courses and Erasmus+ at ADC College London. Currently, he serves as CEO of OKFG s.r.o, a Czech company that manages two businesses.

At OKFG, he specializes in opening up new markets and partnerships between Western and Central Europe with Eastern European countries. Ondřej is an expert at searching for suppliers and buyers in Eastern Europe, particularly in the Russian Federation and Ukraine. He has helped European companies to achieve new turnovers of over $4.9 million in 2019.

Additionally, Ondřej oversees the export of high-quality Czech Blue Poppy Seeds through OKFG. This business venture is the exclusive regional representative of AGRA GROUP a.s. and its subsidiary, ČESKÝ MÁK s.r.o, which are leaders in processing and selling Blue Poppy Seeds in Europe.

Ondřej's knowledge of the import/export process within the EU and EAC, especially in the food industry and agriculture, is impressive. His family background is another valuable asset since one half of his family comes from Eastern European countries, and they run multiple successful businesses there.

In his previous roles, Ondřej worked as an arbitration trader, betting trader, and Sales Manager for Investice a Finance s.r.o. and MK accounting s.r.o. He also partnered with Czech Start-Up in a project.
