I was originally recruited to Forest Labs to create a customer-centric commercial IT organization. After the acquisition by Actavis in 2014, I took over all of Global Commercial IT and served in a Global Commercial CIO role with Allergan after the tentative Pfizer merger in 2016.

I direct a leadership team of 150 accountable for IT strategy, solution delivery, operations, and support services to 12,000+ commercial users across 75 markets internationally. With a combined operating and capital budget of close to $1B, I oversaw M&A integrations, technology implementations, centers of excellence, and partner relations.

Key Highlights

✓ Championed the digital transformation for commercial operations that accelerated time-to-market for 20+ product launches, resulted in key technology deployments, and increased revenue through social media and digital innovations.

✓ Led the IT M&A integration of Aptalis, Actavis, and 16 other acquisitions, plus the Actavis divestiture to Teva.

I was challenged with creating and then running IMS Health's new global practice and center of excellence (COE) for Commercial Transformation consulting. I developing the vision and strategy for the COE, I built innovative New Commercial Models and drove thought leadership surrounding business strategies and technology solutions to improve commercial effectiveness. As a business, we developed Commercial Transformation solutions to help commercial operations of pharmaceutical companies to implementing change and new behaviors.

As the EVP of Client Solution, I led strategy development and execution for HighPoint’s services and offerings, including marketing, solutions and practice management, partnership relationship, M&A, and sales support. I defined and implemented the overall company strategy, go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and offering. In addition, I established and drove solutions and partnerships, hired and managed large number of practice leaders, and implemented a sales-oriented go-to-market approach, sales processes, and heavily supported and coached sales team and executives.

CSC (now DXC Technology) brought me in to build their Global Life Sciences CRM practice, which included leading CSC SMART CRM offerings, developing CRM strategies, and deploying CRM solutions in the Life Sciences industry. 

Within two years, I built the CSC Life Science CRM practice to $30M with P&L responsibilities, defining the practice strategy, creating valued solution offerings, and leading the execution of an aggressive go-to-market approach that helped to capture key accounts such as Pfizer, Forest Laboratories, GE Healthcare, Allergan, and J&J.

Partner, CRM Practice Director, Life Sciences (CSC)

I was recruited and served as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert, defining strategies and best practices, and driving innovative software solutions. In this role, I led successful large implementation projects for customers such as Novo Nordisk and Aventis.

Principal, Life Sciences & CRM Expert

After launching SRCI in France, a company providing salesforce automation software to the European Pharmaceutical and CPG customers, I grew it substantially and sold the business to Dendrite. With Dendrite, I served in sales, product development, and operations leadership roles. Other accountabilities included P&L management, go-to market strategy, strategic partnership development, and CRM implementation management.

I helped the business to secure and maintain its CRM software leadership position with large customers such as Pfizer, Lilly, Ralston Purina, J&J, Bacardi, Sony, Virgin, L'Oreal, Lindt, EMI, and Gillette.

Founded a software company that achieved European market leadership in CPG and Pharma Sales Force Automation.
