Antwan Williams

Antwan Williams is an accomplished educator, writer, and retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel with over 28 years of leadership and senior management experience. He is passionate about supporting underprivileged youth and improving educational opportunities. With a bachelor's degree in journalism, a master's degree in international relations, and a juris doctor legal degree, Antwan has an extensive background in HR, public relations, marketing, communication, inspector general work, and higher education management. He has served in various high-ranking positions, such as director, supervisor, department head, and faculty member. Antwan has taught for 15 years in higher education and served as an academic department chair; as an adjunct professor, he has instructed law, communication, and public relations. Today, he directs communication, recruiting, admissions, and community outreach efforts and also teaches as an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Arlington - School of Social Work. As a social entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and writer, Antwan seeks to make a positive impact on veterans, young adults, and disadvantaged youth.
