In addition  to my work writing two weekly articles for the journal, I served as the WordPress editor for Voyage YA. In this role, I edited new articles from other writers, scheduled them out and posted them to our site to be distributed and used as marketing and education content. I planned and conducted interviews and reached out to publishers, translators and writers from the US and internationally to provide engaging and educational content for our followers.

As a Producer at Carbonite,  I built the in-house video production department at the company. I worked on customer facing content. I pushed our content into the realm of shareable engagement pieces.  I managed overall creative and production for all consumer help videos. I also helped my team form strategy and content plans for the future of videos.


-Built out video department, including designing the studio, researching and choosing equipment, finding new ways to use video at the company

-Produced an on boarding series for all incoming Carbonite talent

I helped our amazing customer base get the most out of their Wistia experience.  In addition to finding new ways to pioneer video in the realm of sales, I onboarded new trial accounts and ensured they were seeing value in product pre-purchase. I worked to identify and achieve each client’s unique video marketing needs and goals. I was responsible for sales inquiries and providing product demos for potential and existing customers via screen share and in person and above all, making business more human through the power of video.
