Mark Peltz

Mark Peltz is an entrepreneurial change agent known for rebuilding and reimagining organizations, particularly in the field of purposeful and meaningful work.

With over eighteen years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, Mark has held cabinet-level appointments and served as the Inaugural Daniel and Patricia Jipp Finkelman Dean at Grinnell College, leading the Center for Careers, Life, and Service.

Mark is a first-generation college graduate and holds advanced degrees from Miami University (M.S.) and Iowa State University (Ph.D.).

His specialties include strategic visioning and planning, project management, assessment and evaluation, program development and management, team-building, institutional partnerships, higher education strategy, fundraising, and donor relations.

Mark Peltz has a strong educational background, having studied at top institutions like Harvard University, Iowa State University, Miami University, and the University of Northern Iowa.

Throughout his career, Mark has held key positions such as President and Executive Chair at LIBERAL ARTS CAREER NETWORK, Associate Dean & Director of Career Development at Grinnell College, Assistant Dean & Director of the Career Center at Luther College, and Associate Director of Graduate Business Career Services at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
