Christine Springer

Christine Springer is a highly accomplished public administration and emergency management expert. She holds numerous roles, committees, and associations across various industries. Christine obtained a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Indiana State University and an M.P.A. in Public Administration from Arizona State University. In addition, she studied Local Government and English at the University of Arizona.

Christine has extensive experience in government liaison and representation, lobbying, public relations and marketing, emergency and crisis management, alternative dispute resolution, fundraising, teaching, team-building, leadership and ethics training, business/non-profit development, education and program development, training and organizational development, and strategic management.

She is currently a member of the Education and Training Committee at the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). She was formerly the Director of the Master of Science in Crisis and Emergency Management at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), the CEO of Red Tape Limited, LLC, and the Executive Director at Lutheran Social Services of Nevada. She has also held a variety of other positions, such as the Director of Volunteer Recruitment & Management at Las Vegas Springs Preserve, the former President at the American Society for Public Administration, the Director of Intergovernmental and Community Relations at Salt River Project, the Adjunct Professor of Public Administration at Arizona State University, and the Director of Economic Development at the Arizona Governor's Office.
