After successfully completing the task of establishing Playbuzz’s local subsidiary in Brazil, starting from a one-man AirB&B apartment office/operation to establishing a legal entity and growing the business from 0 - to $1M in a little over a year, I was given the task of managing 4 geographies (Germany, LATAM, Spain and Russia) with local teams in each geo. Responsible for creating Go-To-Market strategies for each market, goals, KPIs, and compensation plans for each team member; establishing partnerships with the world’s top brands ranging from Unilever to FC Barcelona and Unifying our many different business models in each region into few replicable business models cutting down on OPEX and CAPEX to enhance revenues.

Responsible for building from scratch and managing Playbuzz's local subsidiary in Brazil, establishing partnerships with first-tier media publishers, advertisers, and ad agencies all across Latin America 
and taking it from 0 to $1M in revenue after the first year.
- Closed the company’s 1st SaaS model deal with a national bank (Banco Davivienda).
- Managed two cross-functional teams in different regions.
