**I moved on from goTenna as its CTO/product lead at the end of 2018 as we closed our Series C round.**

Invented the original concepts and technology for goTenna delivering 11+ interdisciplinary products across hardware, firmware, RF networking, iOS, Android, PC/Mac/Linux, and backend cloud systems.

*Consumer Product Line*
1.	GOTENNA V1/MURS –1st generation consumer RF consumer hardware device for secure off-grid communications in US markets. 
2.	GOTENNA CONSUMER APPS– Primary user interface for using the goTenna communications system. Designed to allow easy-to-use critical functions such as texting, people tracking, map marking, and more.
3.	GOTENNA PLUS– Software subscription model offering an array of expanded software features.
4.	GOTENNA MESH – 2nd generation consumer RF product with advanced mesh networking for US and international markets
5.	IMESHYOU.COM – Online engagement system for consumers to directly connect as a community of ground-up network builders. 
6.	GOTENNA SDK – Highly simplified open platform architecture which enabled any other development team to leverage goTenna communications capabilities for their own uses across iOS, Android, PC/Mac, and embedded systems - Pro compatible.

*Professional Product Line*
1.	GOTENNA PRO – 3rd generation product for defense, public safety, and enterprise markets. 
2.	GOTENNA PRO APPS  – 2nd generation application offering a variety of new end-user features purpose-built for mission-critical operations.
3.	GOTENNA DEPLOYMENT KIT (GOKIT) – Rapid deployment network-in-a-box solution with off-grid app deployment, satellite backhaul integration, software management, charging, and other critical features supporting the goTenna Pro line.
4.	GOTENNA MANAGEMENT PORTAL – Cloud-based enterprise management portal for the goTenna Pro product line.
5.	GOTENNA ANDROID TACTICAL ASSAULT KIT (ATAK) PLUGIN – Integration with the Department of Defense’s leading situational awareness and command/control platform.

While continuing to own product, assumed sole responsibility for building goTenna’s market visibility and sales in the professional market space.  This covered all BD/marketing/sales to defense, public safety, enterprise, and other industry players in the multi-billion dollar C4ISR market.

Through these efforts, achieved multi-million dollar bookings for the Pro product line from agencies such as DHS, DOJ, SOCOM, and over a thousand active opportunities - all before the product was even released. Also developed, proposed, secured, and managed millions in development funding from multiple government agencies looking for custom work on the goTenna platform.

Identified and built out market targets, pricing strategies, training/support, conference presence, sponsorships, thought leadership content, and all other aspects of institutional business development. Also designed and recruited partners into a highly specialized partner program for the distribution of the Pro product line both within the US as well as overseas.  Successfully listed goTenna on a various government purchasing programs such as the GSA.

Architected and implemented the company's instance of SalesForce.

Institutional Business Focus

While continuing to own product, hired and managed a multidisciplinary engineering team (hardware, firmware, networking, mobile, backend) as well as all manufacturing and supply chain from selection to production. Continued management of all engineering/production through the market delivery, at volume, of the award-winning V1 goTenna system. 

Also included management of regulatory certification processes and other requirements for delivering an electronic RF device to market.
