Kate McCracken
Kate McCracken is an innovative and equity leader with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in HR, talent, leadership, and organizational development with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. She is a graduate of California State University-Fullerton, where she studied Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Human Services.
Throughout her professional journey, Kate has gained expertise in planning and strategy, operations, project management, talent management and development, and training, speaking, and facilitation. Her unique combination of skills makes her a sought-after consultant and administrator.
Kate's experience includes serving as the Learning & Talent Enablement Lead at LiveRamp, where she is responsible for enabling people's development and growth within the company. She is also known for leading Led by Kate, where she provided consulting services for businesses in need of effective diversity and inclusion programs. Kate has also worked as a Director, Learning & Culture at Leadership for Educational Equity, where she championed the creation and implementation of a culture and leadership development strategy.
Kate has a keen interest in creating equitable and inclusive work environments. This is evident in her previous roles as the Senior Director - Leadership, Inclusion, & Organizational Development at YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles and the Project Manager, Training & Workforce Development at Mental Health America of Los Angeles.
