He is currently a consultant at Egon Zehnder and advises clients on executive search, high-performing team development, and management assessment. He has also worked as a Business Development Executive at Kovert Creative and served as SVP of Brand Marketing & Consumer Revenue at Time Inc. Steve has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Trinity College-Hartford.

Throughout his career, Steve has held various positions of responsibility, including Vice President at American Express, where he oversaw Loyalty & Benefit Innovation, Premium Products and Experiences, Strategic Business Development, and Membership Rewards Partnerships.
