Carsten Quell

Carsten Quell has extensive experience in policy development, research, and official languages within the government sector.

He currently serves as the Executive Director at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Policy and Legislation.

Prior to his current position, Carsten was the Director of Policy Review in Official Languages and held leadership roles at the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages and Canadian Heritage.

His background also includes significant research management experience, having worked as the Research Manager at Canadian Heritage and the Director of Research at the Centre for Research and Information on Canada.
